I just changed posting from internal medicine to surgery. From a place so full of awkward courtesy to one where everyone exudes such aura of over-confidence. It's like a war here in the morning meeting. Seems like having a narcissistic personality trait is really crucial in this line of work. Well, I do have an advantage there.
